You will need a Google account to create a blogger account. If you don't have one just create one Google account with details information.

Choose the right Theme for your website 

Go to Theme > Choose the right one > Apply

Create the Menu for your website

Go to Layout> Choose Manue Bar to have a right one

Create About in Blogger

You have to add the basics information on your blog and introduce about yourself and about your business.

Create the Contact Page

If someone would like to contact you they can reach you through contact section.

Go to Layout> Choose Manue Bar > Choose contact

Import Privacy Policy

This is an important session in that you need to provide your terms and condition to use your website to the people who want to access your page.
