Send/Receive email from different inboxes
Every Gmail user likely has more than one account for different purposes, one for private use, different accounts for different work-related issues, specific projects, or shared inboxes for the team.
It is less efficient to go to each account and it is waste of time from switching one account to another between different inboxes.
If you are using Gmail, here is how you could use one inbox to send or receive emails by linking different accounts. It will help you to get more focus and save time and also reduce the risk of missing messages.
How to link a different account
You can follow the simple following steps to receive email from the primary account to Main Account
Go to your primary account
In the top right corner, select "Settings" - select "See all settings"
Select the tab titled "Accounts & Import"
In the "Grant access to your account" section, select “Add another account”
Enter the corresponding address name and select “Next Step”
Click the "Send Verification" button
Verify your main email address
Step 2 - Turn on the account linking to send mail
Go to your Main account
In the top right corner, select "Settings" - select "See all settings"
Select the tab titled "Accounts & Import"
In the "Send mail as" section, select “Add another account”
Enter the corresponding address name and select “Next Step”
Click the "Send Verification" button
Verify your main email add
You will find the two email addresses in the compose to choose from before sending
