Performance is Beyond Numbers - The 9-Box Performance Matrix

This year's implementation of the 9-Box Performance Matrix revealed something fascinating about traditional performance ratings versus holistic talent assessment.

We did an eye-opening discovery "The numbers don't tell the whole story!"

Real examples:
• Talented professionals scoring lower in ratings due to managers' exceptionally high expectations but using the 9 Box Grid landed in our top-right boxes (high potential/performance) - "Top Talent"
• Some consistent performers with high numerical ratings actually placed in different boxes when considering their overall impact and potential
